We believe that no one offers a better level of support than PropertyPro. Our dedicated support lines are manned 24 hours a day – 7 days a week and we endeavour to make sure that the support person answering your call will stay with the problem until it is resolved.
Support is charged monthly at the following rates £30 for the first user in each office, £20 for workstation users and £25 for notebook/mobile users. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.
We recognise that training is important to help our users make the most of PropertyPro. Because of this, with each licence comes 2 days training free of charge. This is provided in our training centre in Rugby, we also hold regular training courses, which can be tailored to meet the requirements of those attending.
PropertyPro are keen that their software should stay ahead of the competition. In order to do this, we are committed to release regular upgrades. These are usually enhancements that have been designed to meet growing requests by new and existing PropertyPro users, but also include new features made possible by advances in technology. All upgrades are available free of charge to PropertyPro users with current support contracts.
